Welcome to ZeroStart Club. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ZeroStart Club website and membership platform (the “Service”). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. What ZeroStart Club is

ZeroStart Club is an education and membership platform. We provide practical lessons, guidance, and downloadable templates about building income from zero. We are an educational resource only — we are not a get-rich scheme, an employer, a recruiter, or a financial advisor.

2. No income guarantees

We do not promise, guarantee, or imply any specific income or result. Any examples, milestones, or figures are illustrative, not promises. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, circumstances, and decisions. Nothing on the Service is financial, legal, investment, or tax advice.

3. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Membership & payment

Membership is billed at the price shown at checkout (currently $15 per month) on a recurring basis until cancelled. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (e.g. Stripe); by subscribing you also agree to their terms. You authorise us to charge your payment method for each billing cycle until you cancel.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account. Your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. Please also see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Your membership is for you. Please don’t share your login, resell or redistribute our content, scrape the Service, or use it for anything unlawful. Our lessons, templates, text, graphics, and logo are owned by ZeroStart Club and provided for your personal use as a member.

7. Content & changes

We may add, update, or remove content and features over time to improve the Service. We may also update these Terms; if we make material changes we’ll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Availability & “as is”

We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but we provide it “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeroStart Club will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any loss of profits or earnings, arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, or if needed to protect the Service or other members.
